GENERAL

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/Debit Card, Check, Cash, and Square. We can also do a manual card entry over the phone.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Our gift cards make the perfect gift for special occasions and holidays.

Do you offer special discounts or reward programs?

We sure do! We have a couple discount programs:

-Military and First Responders receive 10% off of a total purchase (thank you so much for your service!)

-We also have a punch card, it is called the KT Loyalty Club. Recieve a punch with every purchase, and after 5 punches, you get 20% off on anything you'd like!

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

KT & Co. will accept returns/exchanges on any item up to 30 days after the purchase date. The item must have either the receipt or price tag.

If the item is damaged, worn, or soiled with odor, the return/exchange will not be allowed.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds in cash, in-store credit, or we can refund it back to your credit/debit card.

The item I ordered doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

Absolutely! We have a 30-day return and exchange policy for unworn items. Stop by the store with your receipt and the item and we will get you taken care of!

What should I do if I received a damaged/defective product?
